It is the first thing people will see you in when you arrive!
This seems to be a universal issue. It happens to most of us. As it gets colder we seem to choose to be warm rather than fashionable. Keep your standard trench coat, which is a great classic fashion staple, but have at least one outer garment for you to look fabulous in.
A good, tailored jacket is the central point that makes everything else work: dresses and tops, tailored dresses, skirts and trousers. The trick is not to think of your jacket as part of a suit but as an individual garment to look good whoever and wherever you are. And color! Be bold and lively. It's the best way to make an outfit. A good coat or jacket is worth the investment, and if you wait for something to turn up in the sales you will probably get the same as everyone else. And THAT would be worse than an old winter coat.

We offer exclusive handmade coats and jackets, - chapans, these classic hand-stitched, cotton wool padded coats, are the favourite traditional warm winter-wear along the Silk Road in Central Asia. Chapans are warm, light and beautiful. Our chapans are made of hand-woven silk (adras), lined with printed cotton, and padded with cotton wool, and are available in three different colours: maroon, emerald and mustard. Some more beautiful colours will be available in September.
Our modern wool jackets and coats are made of 100 % pure coating wool, unlined to make them lighter, and beautifully cut for shape. Hand embroidery adds the unique final touch to give you a very flattering look.
